Q How do I order?
A From each print page  you can order by clicking a print #.

After clicking you will be taken to the Shopping Cart where you can specify the number of items and also "Continue to Shop" or "Checkout".
Q How do I order more than one item?
A

You can specify more than one item in the "Quantity" box.

Q How do I remove an item?
A You can also remove any item in the Shopping Cart. To remove an order put "0" in "Quantity" box and click "Recalculate" button.
Q Are prints in stock?
A Prints are original engraving and wood cuts and are subject to availability. If we are out of stock, "sooner or later" we will probably be able to find a print.
Q What is your shipping policy?
A We ship by the most cost-effective method and usually use UPS service. All items are fully insured. There is a $5.00 charge for shipping and handling for each item.
Q Is Fed Express shipping available?
A Standard shipping is by UPS and the shipping and handling charge is $5.00 per item. Federal Express 2 day and 1 day service is available for an additional charge of $5.00 and $10.00. Add optional FedEx shipping to shopping cart after ordering an item. See FedEx Charges.Order must reach us by 12:30 pm.
Q What is return policy?
A All items may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Q What is the sales tax policy?
A We are required by law to collect sales tax for NY, NJ and CT.
Q Is my purchase secure?
A All online purchases by credit card are processed through an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) offering the highest level of security.
Q How long will it take to receive my order?
A Shipping will normally take 5 to 7 business days.
